I added broccoli but otherwise stuck to the recipe. Really liked the heat level as did my DH. Will make again. - 4/23/14

I was interested in this until I saw it used pre-packaged ingredients. I need to make very low/no sodium items and that just isn't for me. Wish these would be made from scratch things, so much better for you. My dad has renal failure and can't eat the high processed stuff. - 5/30/14

I like to use my own chicken broth, without any salt to cut down on the sodium. - 5/30/14

This sounds very good and I will definitely try it. The only thing I would leave out is the Cilantro (even though it is only a garnish). It doesn't like me at all!!! - 4/16/14

What is *prepared* curry powder? All I've known is what's in the spice section of the grocery store. A 1/4 cup sounds like a lot, but perhaps *prepared* curry powder is something else. Thanks for the help. - 5/30/14

This recipe calls for a LOT of curry (2 oz.) and I didn't realize it. When I went to make it, I only had 1 oz. so that's what I used. It was still plenty spicy and if you are sensitive to it, definitely do not use 2 oz. It was okay (had an aftertaste) but I don't feel the need to make it again soon. - 6/11/14

I added broccoli and skipped the cilantro. When I make it again, I think I will use a little less curry powder. - 6/9/14

This was amazing, bursting with flavor. I used a frozen wild rice blend package which had a sauce and some vegetables too so I think that added to the flavor and sauciness a little. I added a jalapeno from the garden too and extra turmeric. Next time I'm going to try it with couscous. - 6/8/14
