Fast Rice Pudding

Ingredients
1 pkg Jello Fat Free Vanilla Pudding mix2 cups 2% milk1 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp ground cinnamon16 dates, chopped3 cups cooked long grain white rice
Directions
1. Add milk, vanilla, cinnamon and pudding mix to a large mixing bowl. Whisk for 2 minutes.
2. Add rice and dates, mix thouroughly.
3. Spoon into dessert cups and let set for five minutes.
4. Enjoy!
