Ingredients
Ingredients:*mamra, 25 gram(s) Boiled Potato (1/2 cup) No Skin no salt, 0.25 cup *Plum Tomato, Fresh, Raw, Large (5oz), .50 serving *Cilantro / Coriander, fresh - 1/4 cup (4g), 0.25 cup Ginger Root, 1 tsp *Salt, Sifto Table Salt, .50 tsp*Mustard oil, Swad brand, 1 tbsp *Dry Roasted Peanuts (40 peanuts), 0.25 cup*Blooming Onion (serving: 1/4 of onion), 1 serving*Fresh Lemon Juice from 1 lemon, 1 serving Masala for Moodi, 5 tbsp
Directions
Roast Mamra in a pot to make crispy, roast peanuts seperate . When nice and crunchy add mustard oil and 2 spoons of moodi masala in it. Cut boiled potato,onion, tomatoes, into small pieces. Chop fresh coriander leaves and ginger. In a bowl add all the above ingridients and lemon to taste, add moodi masala peanuts mix well than add mamra mix everything well and serve.
