Super Simple Casserole

Simple Truth Organic Marinara Pasta Sauce 25 oz jar ( as desired)DeBoles Rice Pasta, Spirals Uncooked, 1 boxSprouts Super Lean Natural Ground Sirloin 1 poundKraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup 1 med yellow onion1 red bell pepperGarlic, minced 2 heaping tbspsOregano, ground, 3 tbsp Rosemary, dried, 1 tbsp Basil, 2 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp Paprika, 1 tbsp
Preheat Oven To 350 degrees
- dice onion and bell pepper
- add onion, bell pepper, and garlic to a large nonstick skillet
- when onion is translucent, add ground beef, breaking it apart so it will crumble as it cooks, add remaining spices, mix in skillet
- boil boiler pot 3/4 full of water, when boiling, add pasta, cook to desired tenderness.
- drain pasta and add to large, rectangular pyrex dish
- drain meat mixture and add to pyrex dish
- add as much sauce as you like, I am into sauce and use most of the jar.
- mix ingredients thoroughly, so everything is evenly coated in sauce
- sprinkle with cheese, cover the top of casserole evenly
- place in oven for 45 mins ( remember ovens differ, you are looking for long enough to meld the flavors and brown the cheese to your desire browning. I like my cheese crunchy.
- remove and serve.
