General Tso Chicken - Gluten Free Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients
1 pound boneless skinless chicken, cubed4 minced cloves garlic3 packed Tablespoons brown sugar2 Tablespoons soy sauce1 teaspoon ground ginger1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes - more or less to taste or add more at table2 - 14 oz bags frozen broccoli stir fry veggies Enough brown rice for 4 one cup servings.
Directions
add chopped up chicken to slow cooker. Add all ingredients except veggies to slow cooker. Toss and stir to thoroughly coat chicken. Cook on low heat 5 hours, stirring every so often. Add in frozen veggies, stir to coat and mix well. Continue cooking another hour. Serve over brown rice.
