Ingredients:Tofu, firm, 1.0 cup Peas, frozen, 1.5 cup *Potato - Fresh (1 Large), 1 serving *Vidalia Sweet Onion (serving=1 medium onion), 0.5 cup *Spices, Turmeric, 1 tsp *Cumin Seed, Ground (1Tbsp), 2 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp *Garam Masala Indian Spice Mix, 1.5 tsp Ginger Root, 1 tsp *Green chilly / Mirchi, 5 gram(s) Skim Milk, 1.5 cup *Ketchup, Heinz, 2 tbsp Kala Namak - Black Salt, 0.5 tbsp *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp *corriander fresh, .25 cup
Saulte onions, garam masala, turmeric, salt, garlic, ginger in a pan let it brown add water peas and potatoes and let it boil till tender. Cut tofu in a small pieces heat little oil in a pan add tofu and garam masala and ketchup pour it in with peas and potatoes and simmer it for about 5 to 6 min.
