Slow-Cooked Goulash

Ingredients
2 lbs. lamb, cubed & boneless5 small onions (or 3 medium)3 TBSP Hungarian paprika2 garlic cloves, minced1 carrot, chopped1 red bell pepper, chopped1 green bell pepper, chopped1/2 tsp dried chili pepper1/4 tsp ground black pepper1 tsp Herbes de Provence1 tsp thyme1 bay leaf3 TBSP tomato paste2 cups homemade chicken broth
Directions
Throw all the ingredients into a slow cooker.
Mix well.
Heat on low for 8 hours.
