Romaine Taco Wraps

Ingredients
2-lb 90% ground beef1 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped tomato4 tbsp cilantro, mincedcumin, salt, pepper, garlic, and chili powder to taste1 large head of romaine16 oz mozzarella cheese1 cup salsamore salsa to taste
Directions
Tear lettuce leaves into taco-size wraps and set aside. In a large skillet, brown the meat. Drain liquid. Add onion and tomato along with spices and 1 cup salsa. Cook until onions are done and translucent. Serve in lettuce wraps with 1 oz of grated mozzarella per taco.
