Brown Rice, lentils and red bean

Ingredients
lentilsbrown ricenature's promise organic tomato saucechopped sweet onionred beans
Directions
Soak lentils & red beans in hot water until doubled.
Drain water & replace with reduced fat chicken broth.
Add onions, pepper, garlic powder and brown rice.
start heat to low boil then while boiling, add tomato sauce.

After 5 minutes add instant rice, bring to boil then cook an additional fifteen minutes.



Serving Size: Makes 4 cups rice, red bean, lentils mixture only 98 calories serving.
