1 package Miracle Noodles -Angel Hair or Fettucini1 cup onion chopped1 cup cabbage chopped1 cup dark green (kale, spinach, bok choi, collard greens)1 cup carrots chopped1 clove garlic1 tsp grated ginger or powdered ginger1 tsp red pepper flakes - to taste8 oz cooked protein (beef, chicken, pork)4 cups Broth (beef, chicken, pork)1-2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
Drain and rinse Miracle Noodles under warm water for 30 seconds or boil in water for 1 minute - drain and let air dry on paper towel while preparing remaining ingredients. Bring 4 cups broth to a boil. Add ALL ingredients to the broth and boil uncovered for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender. Serve.
