.5 cup dry quinoa1 c. vanilla light soymilk1.5 cup water.5 cup fresh cranberries or frozen.5 c. unsw. applesauce.5 t. vanilla.5 t. almond extract.25 tsp. stevia or to taste (opt. honey)(Opt. add unsw. coconut at end for a topping.)
Oil spray crock pot. Add ingredients. Cook on low for 6 hours or high on three. Top with fruit purees or slivered almonds as desired. Calories do not count the toppings or honey.
