Kidney Bean Spread McD vegan

Ingredients
1 14.5 oz can dark red kidney beans, well-rinsed and drained2 Tbs cider vinegar.25 c fresh parsley, .5 tsp minced garlicwater as needed for spreading consistency
Directions
Rinse beans well and drain. Place in blender or small food processor with vinegar, parsley and garlic; blend. Add water while blending until paste moves easily and becomes smooth, about .5 tbs.

Divide among three 1/2 cup containers. Chill.
