Butternut squash flatbreads

1.5 cups bread flour0.5 cup butternut squash puree1/2 tsp salt1 T oilpinch of cumin or cinnamon
Mix ingredients together in a bowl until dough comes together, adding a small amount of water if needed. Knead dough until it is smooth and elastic. Divide dough into four pieces and roll into balls. Allow to rest while you preheat a pan or griddle. When pan is smoking hot, roll out balls on a floured surface, as thinly as possible, Griddle each flatbread until it begins to form bubbles and is scored on each side with dark circles. Wrap flatbreads in a clean cloth as they are finished, to keep warm and to allow them to steam and softened. Serve with your filling of choice
