Ingredients
6 Large Green Onions - Chopped1 Bunch of Chopped Celery2 Green Peppers - Chopped2 Lbs. Chopped Carrots1 Pkg Knorr's Vegetable Soup Mix2 Large Cans of Crushed or Diced Tomatoes1 Large Can Beef Broth2 Large Cans Green Beans
Directions
Combine the chopped vegetables with the soup mix; season with salt, pepper, and hot sauce (if desired). Cover with water and boil fast for 10 minutes. Reduce to simmer and add rest of ingredients; continue cooking until vegetables are tender.

    I tried this recipe twice. It worked for my mother who lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks. But you have to eat this soup with a strict daily diet instructions. For example...

    Day 1: Eat ONLY fruits and as much of the soup as you like.
    Day 2: Eat ONLY veggies and the soup, etc. - 10/17/08
