2 cups (canned) Black beans low sodium2 cups (canned) Pinto beans3 cups fat free low sodium chicken broth.5 cup grated carrotssmall raw red pepper, chopped8 oz chunk lowfat low sodium ham, cut into 1/2 inch cubes (celebrity brand).25 cup raw red onions, chopped.5 cup chopped celery.5 cup spinach raw2 oz lime juice1 TBS rice vinegar1 TBS apple cider vinegar2 tsp dried parsley1 tsp chili powder3 cloves garlic, finely chopped1 tsp garlic salt2 cups canned tomatoes no salt, chopped2 tsp natural sugar (sugar in the raw)1 tsp cumin powder
add all ingredients to crock pot and cook on low
for 8 to 10 hours , stirring occasionally . add salt, pepper, and cummin to taste.
