Creamy Langostino salad on Romaine

Ingredients
Thaw 12 oz bag of frozen Langostino. 5 Oz Trader Joe's cocktail sauceSour Cream, .25 cupOrganic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 4 ozMayonnaise, 2 tbsp Lime Juice, .5 lime yieldsCeltic Sea Salt (Light Grey), Coarse Grain .25 tOrganic Blue Agave, .5 tbsp Fresh Chives, 1 tbsp chopped Shallots x 2, 1 serving Pea Pods (10 pea pods), 1 serving Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced Cucumber (with peel), 0.5 cup slices Romaine Lettuce (salad), 4 cup, shredded
Directions
Thaw 12 oz bag of frozen Langostino. Drain completely and combine with cocktail sauce. Let this marinade while you prepare the rest. Combine Sour cream, Greek yogurt, mayo, lime juice, salt, agave and chives. Mix well. Slice thinly the shallots, celery and cucumber. Halve the cucumber slices. Julienne the pea pods. Combine with yogurt based dressing above. Add the langostino tails in sauce and chill. serve on romaine (or your favorite) lettuce.
