Bonnie's Sauted mixed Vegetables

1 1/5 sweet bell peppers, sliced into thin strips1/4 cup sliced red onion1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms1 cup fresh brocolli florets1 cup fresh cauliflower florets1 clove minced garlic1 Tbsp fresh minced ginger root1 Tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & MarinadeSalt and pepper to taste
Spray a large non-stick skillet with Pam.
On Med. heat, saute garlic and ginger until fragrant.
Add prepared vegetables and Teriyaki sauce and saute until el dente or desired tenderness. Salt & pepper to taste.
Serve as a side dish or with Rice and your favorite protein.
Serving Size: Makes approx 2, 1/2 cup servings
