Quick Stir Fry Fish and Veggies

Ingredients
1/2 lb fish (cod, halibut, salmon, tilapia)3 green onions chopped4-5 asparagus spears4-5 mushrooms1 tsp ginger minced1 tsp garlic minced1 tsp chilli flakeschopped mintchopped basil1 tbsp soy sauce1 tsp sesame oil1 tsp honey1 - 2 tsp vinegarsalt and pepper
Directions
cut the fish in cubes
combine soy sauce, vinegar, honey and some sesame oil in a bowl, mix. add the fish pieces to it. and some salt and pepper

heat sesame oil in a pan, add chopped ginger garlic and chilli flakes, saute till fragrant. then add green onions, saute. add mushrooms, and asparagus. stir fry till cooked.

add fish, saute 5 min, stir in mint and basil

serve over hot rice
