Quick and Easy Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 full chicken breast (2 halves)1 bag of frozen oriental stir fry vegetables1 cup rice (uncooked)4 tbsp lite teriyaki sauce1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Cut the chicken into 1 in cubes
Cook in a heated pan (wok) until done.
Add in teriyaki sauce and vegetables and cook until vegetables are tender.
Serve over rice.
