Ingredients

    2 lbs cabbage, shredded
    1 lbs onion, cut into strips
    1 lb celery, chopped
    1/2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1/4 cup Lite Soy Sauce

    2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast, diced
    1/2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1/4 cup Lite Soy Sauce

Directions

Add 1/2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil to hot skillet, brown chicken. Add 1/4 cup Lite Soy Sauce, stir and remove from heat.

When your chicken is about to be done, add 1/2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil to hot pot (large enough to hold all veggies - they will cook down a bit if you need to add them gradually). Start with onions and then add rest of veggies along with remaining 1/4 cup Soy Sauce. Stirring frequently cook to desired crispness.

Remove from heat, add chicken and stir.

    WOW!!!!!!! i've never cooked with cabbage b4...well.... cuz it's cabbage, lol. This was sooooo awesome!!! i felt like i was eating from a restaurant! SO EASY TO MAKE AND SOOOOO TASTY! My hubby and 10 year old son ate it up like nobodies business! THNX 4 SHARING! Will make this dish all the time! - 9/24/10

    Pretty good. I added bell peppers instead of celery because I am not a fan of celery. I also added cilantro. I'll be making this again. Thanks - 6/28/10

    This recipe was so tasty!!! instead of using olive oil i sprayed the pan with butter flavor non stick spray, and instead of celery i used red bell peppers, me and my family like a little spice to our food so i added crushed red pepper flakes. I will DEFINITELY be making this again. THANKS!!! - 2/21/11

    Thanks! I cook a large amount because I'm cooking for five, but you can always cut down, but if it helps: 2lbs cabbage = 1 reg size head, 1lb onions = 4 onions(approx) and 1lb celery = 1 reg stalk. I actually cut the cabbage into thin strips but I can't figure out how to edit it up there.
