Crockpot lasagna with beef and zucchini.
Cook burger and crumble.
Finely shred zucchini
Mix meat, zuke and 2 cups sauce. (Oops I used 2 kinds because that was what I had in fridge.)
Spray pot with oil.
Spread 1/4 cup sauce in bottom.
Break 2 uncooked lasagna noodles to fit bottom of pot.
Mix cheeses and spread 1/2 mixture on noodles
Spread 1/2 beef mixture on cheese.
Repeat with noodles, cheese, beef.
Top with noodles and Marinara sauce.
Cook on low for 4.5-5 hours.
