Ingredients

    10oz lasagna noddles, whole wheat, (12)
    24oz cottage cheese, fat-free
    48oz spaghetti sauce
    2cups fat-free mozzarella cheese
    1cup egg substitute
    3/4tsp Oregano
    1/2tsp Marjoram
    1tsp Thyme
    1/4tsp Rosemary
    1/4tsp Sage
    1/2tsp Marjoram
    1lbs. beef, ground, extra lean 96/4

Directions

1) Preheat oven to 375°F.
2)Fry and break up ground beef--rinse well.
3) Boil lasagna noddles in a large pot until tender.
4) Mix the cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg substitute and seasoning together in medium sized bowl.
5) Alternate layering sauce, noddles, cheese mixture and ground beef starting with the sauce.
6) Bake for one hour at 375.
