Hamburger Steak, 90/10 Lean Beef
One of my husband's favorites. You can use soy sauce or worcestershire sauce. I substitute whichever I have on hand. I also add 1/4 tsp ground mustard for a little kick. Green bell peppers can be substituted for the red, but my husband has less problems with indigestion when I use the red. No need to add salt, you get plenty with the bread crumbs and soy sauce. I usually serve with sides of mashed potatoes and a green vegetable or salad. Comfort food at it's best.
