Ingredients

    1lb ground turkey
    1 egg
    1/4c bread crumbs
    1/8t ground pepper
    1/2t seasoned salt
    1/2t onion powder
    1/2t garlic powder
    1t worcestershire
    1T olive oil
    1c onions, thinly sliced
    2T flour
    1T Sherry
    1/2t seasoned salt

Directions

In large bowl combine ground turkey, egg, bread crumbs, pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic powder and worcestershire. Form into 8 balls and flatten into patties.

Spray skillet with Pam over medium heat. Fry patties in the oil until patties are nicely browned, about 4 minutes per side. Remove patties to a plate and keep warm.

Heat oil in skillet and fry onions until tender, stir in flour with a whisk or fork. Gradually mix in sherry and beef broth. Add mushrooms. Simmer and stir over med-low heat until gravy thickens, then turn heat to low and add patties to gravy. Cover and simmer another 15 minutes.
