Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Using the "recipe makeover" option, I discovered that the actual ingredients used to generate the nutritional info used 1.34 oz of ground meat, not 1.34 pounds. Just a slight clerical error there. Glad I caught it before I overate too much.
The NUTRITIONAL information on this recipe is totally WRONG! I re-input this into the recipe builder and came up with the following:
Calories: 325.9
Fat: 13
Carbs: 4
Fiber: 0.5
Protein: 45
The calories are no where near correct. It comes out to 227 per serving. Still not bad but for people watching, that's a big difference.
Fantastic, low calorie, very good tasting
low carb? Calories also seem very low, I was wondering about the nutritional statement, it seems a bit off, hmmmm? I use oatmeal also in my meat loaf...good recipe.
Just make sure you add in the calories again because the Ingredient details says a different amount for the hamburger!
This dish sounds very good and I will definitely try making it sometime. But just a quick note on the nutritional info...the ingredients listed say 1.34 oz of ground round, not 1.34 lb.
