Ingredients

    2 lbs ground beef
    1/8 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup ketchup
    2 tsp season salt
    squirt of mustard

Tips

We love these in the winter with mashed potatoes and gravey or cooked on the grill in the summer.


Directions

Heat oven to 350. Mix all inggredients. Cover 2 baking sheets with foil. Divide meat into 8 and press into thin patties and put 4 on each baking sheet. Bake for aprox 25 min or to an internal temp of 165 or higher. Serve.
