    2 lbs lean Ground Beef
    6 cups uncooked Penne
    3 cups frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrots blend, cooked
    1 green bell pepper
    .5 cup chopped onion
    3 small cloves garlic
    6 oz mozzerella cheese
    .25 cup parmesan cheese


cook penne. cooked beef with onion, green pepper, garlic. toss all together in a large casserole pan. Sprinkle with Moz. Cheese and parmesan cheese. Bake till heated through and cheese is melted.
