Sounds good but high sodium for me.
This dish is right up my ally! I use a LOT of vegetables in a lot of different ways and eat virtually no unnecessary fats or any white carbohydrates (rice, pasta, potatoes, etc), so this is a perfect meal for me!
Loved this! I didn't use celery, though. I used a red bell pepper and sugar snap peas. Yummy! And a tip to anyone that reads: If you can find Pacific Island Soy Sauce, use it! Less sodium than even the low sodium soy sauces out there, and it has full flavor!
