Ingredients
1/2 cup calcium-fortified orange juice1/2 cup vanilla Chobani yogurt1 cup frozen blueberries1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
Directions
Place the first three ingredients into the pitcher of a blender (VitaMix, MagicBullet, etc.). Puree to desired consistency, adding the ground flax seeds while blending.
