Ingredients
lambs liver 6ozonion 1 medium rawPotato 1 medium rawCarrots 1 small rawbeef gravy 1 cup
Directions
peel and roughly chop the onion, potato and carrot
into large pieces. Place into a casserole dish with the liver cover with water and cook in the oven about 170c for 45 mins add the gravy return to oven for a further 15 mins. serve with fresh veg of your choice
