Ingredients
Original recipe makes 1 - 1 1/2 pound loaf 1.25 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C) 2 tablespoons white sugar 2.5 tsp bread machine yeast 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 cup organic whole wheat bread flour 2 cup Robin Hood Multigrain Bread Flour 1 teaspoon salt 15 grams Vital wheat gluten (2 tbsp) 3 tbsp organic sesame seeds 0.25 cups organic sunflower seeds 0.33 cups organic raw pumpkin seedsOnce out of the oven: 3 tbsp butter (drizzle on top of freshly cooked loaf)
Directions
Add all nuts, seeds, etc to the bottom of the bread machine pan.

Place the water, sugar, oil and salt in the bottom of the pan in the bread machine.

Add the flour and top then add yeast, avoiding contact with liquid.

Select dough cycle, and press Start.

Set a timer for 10 minutes sooner than the dough cycle so you have time to preheat your oven.

If desired, press 1tbsp rolled oats and sesame seeds into the dough prior to baking in the oven for 60min at 350.

Serving Size: 12 thick 1 inch slices.
