Chicken leg quarters - 4Tomato Sauce - 16 oz canChopped red onion - 1 CChopped Red and Yellow Bell pepper - 1 CChopped celery - 1 CArtichoke Hearts - 8 to 12 oz can in waterCayanne Pepper.
Directions
place chopped vegetables into the crock pot, place chicken legs over vegetables, drain artichoke hearts and place on top of legs. pour tomato sauce over chicken, sprinkle with spices. cover and allow to cook for 6 - 8 hours on med/high
