Ingredients
Portabella Mushrooms, 50 grams (medium cap)Black Beans, Organic, 15 oz can, drainedOnions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped Red Ripe Tomatoes, 45 grams )about 2 TPlainOatmeal1/4 cHot Sauce to tasteSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Put ingredients in food processor and pulse to blend. Make patties with wet hands, and cook on medium low, flipping carefully once.
You can let it sit for flavors to blend if you have the time.
