Linda's Potato Salad

Ingredients
4 - Medium Baked Potatoes - peeled and diced6 Tbsp - YOGIDIP Greek Yogurt Dip3 Tbsp - Sweet Pickle Relish - Great Value Brand1/4 cup - Diced Purple Onion2 Lg stalks - Diced Celery
Directions
Bake potato with skin @ 400 f for 45 min.
Let cool to room temp
Peel and dice into 1/2 cubes
Add Diced Onions, Celery, sweet relish, and Yogi dip.
Mix gently but thoroughly and chill.
