Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 3.5 oz *Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry, 1 cup Onions, raw, 0.25 cup Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 medium SaltPepperChopped Garlic 1 tbleBBQ Sauce 3 TblspnKetchup 3 tblspn
Directions
Sweat Chopped Garlic, onions and salt pepper.
Combine the trilogy with the rest of the ingredients.
Form 1 inch balls.
Places in slow cooker for about 3 + hours.
