Crispy Potato Wedges

Ingredients
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves1/4 teaspoon black pepper1/4 teaspoon paprika4 medium potatoes1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Combine olive oil and seasoning in a bowl. Scrub unpeeled potatoes well. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then in thirds. Add to bowl and coat each slice with the seasoned oil. Spread slices in a single layer on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake 15 minutes longer.
