Have done this one before, it's great. Adding a bit of garlic and crushed red pepper into the sauce gives it a bit more kick! - 1/20/09

I've made a version of this before and it was fantastic - I also slit the pita in half before i put on any toppings and put a Laughing Cow soft cheese triangle in the middle which melted as it cooked. It made it a bit like the Dominos pizzas with the soft cheese in the base. Delish! - 1/3/12

I make this pizza A LOT. The oven recently went out so I did it on the stove top and it worked great. I sprayed the pan with Pam and warmed the pita up on one side, flipped it and then added sauce, toppings and cheese and covered the pan. I continued to cook until warmed through and it was great! - 11/25/09
