Taco Soup- Low Calorie

Ingredients
2oz Ground beef- drainedTomato Sauce - 7.5 ozGreen Chilis, canned 2tbspFrozen Sweet Corn- 2/3 cupOnions- 2tbspTaco Seasoning 1tspRanch Seasoning 1tspWater*May add extra vegetables or canned tomatoes to make even lower calorie.
Directions
Brown hamburger with onions. Drain well. Add tomato sauce then all remaining ingredients, simmer on low 10 minutes or till corn/vegetables are done. Top with lowfat sour cream or cheese if desired. (May also make larger portions and throw in crock pot on low)
