Filo apple pastry

Ingredients
12oz cooking apple2tsp sugar2oz raisinsjuice one lemon1/3 pack (about 3.5oz) filo pastry Two teaspoons butter
Directions
Peel the apples and chop small. Sprinkle with lemon juice to preserve their colour. Add sugar and raisins. Cook in a saucepan over a medium heat until heated through and beginning to break up.
Place in an overproof dish. Top with filo pastry. Dot butter over the top. Cook in a medium high over until the pastry is golden.
