Baked Peanut Butter Oatmeal

Ingredients
1.5 Cups- Oats¾ Cups- Milk (1%)1 tsp - Baking Powder1 tsp- Salt1 tsp- Vanilla⅛ Cup- Unsweetened Apple Sauce2- Egg Whites1 Tbsp- Cinnamon¼ Cup- Brown Sugar (Packed)½ Cup- Peanut ButterOptional Extras:*Honey*Nutmeg
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°
Grease a 9×13 pan.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and stir well.
Spread evenly in to pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
