Cinnamon Crisps (Bunuelos)

Square or round wonton wrappers (can purchase these in the produce section of any grocery store).SplendaGround Cinnamon
Mix Splenda and Cinnamon in sandwich size plastic ziploc and set aside.
Fry Wontons in small pan with 1/2 c. canola oil just until lightly golden. Remove and place on paper towels to drain oil.
Place crisps into ziploc one at a time and gently shake to cover wonton. Enjoy!
Can be made ahead of time for serving the next day. Keeps well in air tight storage but completely cool before storing to avoid getting soggy.
