You can substitute any fruit you like for the banana - just purée the fruit with enough liquid to make the mixture really smooth, strain to extract seeds if necessary, and taste the juice before you freeze it. Ingredients

    2 medium bananas
    1 cup 2% milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/4 cup Splenda

Directions

1. Purée all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Pour into 4 to 6 molds and freeze until solid.


2. Unmold by first running a little cold water over outside of molds, then gently pulling the sticks.
