Bread, pita, whole-wheat, 1 pita, large (6-1/2" dia) Provolone Cheese, 2 slice (1 oz) Beans, black cooked and drained, .25 cup Green Peppers (bell peppers), to tasteAvocado - Fresh - 2-Tbsp., 1 serving
Directions
Place the flat bread on baking tray.
Top with cheese, beans, peppers and avocado
Bake for 10 minutes

Serving Size: makes 1 main course or 2 slices to complete a salad
