Slow Cooker Palak Paneer

Ingredients
Spinach, fresh, 680 grams (1.5 pounds)Onions, raw, 2 large Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 large whole (3" dia) Ginger Root, 30 grams Garlic, 20 clove Serrano Peppers, 3 pepper Cumin seed, 4 tbsp (remove)Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp (remove)Garam Masala, 1 tbsp (remove)Turmeric, ground, 2 tsp (remove)Salt, 1 tbsp *Cheese, Cottage whole, 1 cup * (Homemade paneer made with whole milk and lemon juice)
Directions
Cook veg and spices (except salt) 3 hours on high.
Use immersion blender.
Add salt, cook 2 hours more on low.
Add paneer a few minutes before serving.
