Sausage Gravy

Ingredients
1 lb Jimmy Deans sage sausage (used for calculator)2 cups whole milk2 Tablespoons all purpose white flourBlack Pepper to taste(water - maybe see instructions)
Directions
In a heavy skillet, brown sausage over med - med high heat until it is cooked and crumbly. Don't drain! over medium heat sprinkle the flour over the crumbles and stir until the mix starts to thicken. increase the heat a bit and scrape the bottom of the skillet a bit. Pour milk in evenly and STIR! scrape the bottom of the skillet as you go to bring the browned bits into the sauce. Cook until bubbling.. if it is too thick turn the heat down to med - med low and add 1/4 cup of water at a time until it suits you.
