MY Tomato n Veggie Sauce from whole Tomatoes

Ingredients
1 whole onion6 tbsp olive oil2 cups chopped celery1 cup chopped carrots3 cups red, green, yellow peppers1 can tomato paste1 giant can whole tomatoes2 cups water1 cup red winegarlic powderonion powderoreganobasilparsleysalt n pepper
Directions
cook onions, celery and carrots in olive oil
add peppers, spices to taste
add tomato paste and cook till turns color slightly
add wine to deglaze and thicken
add can of whole tomatoes and water
serve over pasta
cook down at least hour up to 3 hours
with hand appliance puree in pot to make sauce without chunks be careful it's hot
