Ingredients
Chop all the following:1 tsp olive oil1 cup chopped onion1 medium sized parsnip2 medium carrots1 medium green pepper1 medium yellow summer squash
Directions
Use cooking spray and a teaspoon of oil, cook in non stick fry pan until the onions are browned and the other vegetables are cooked as you like them. Chop all vegetables very small.
