Beef, Cocunut and Almond Rice dish

Ingredients
Beef, top sirloin, 5.29 ozGreat Value Instant Brown Rice - 1 cup cooked (1/2 cup - 43g dry rice), 1.75 cupYellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips, 0.5 servingCoconut, raw, 10 gramsAlmonds, 6 almond Salt, 1 dash Pepper, black, 1 dash Kraft Barbecue Sauce Original, 1 tbsp Onions, raw, 0.1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw, 0.75 cup, chopped balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon Garlic, 1 clove
Directions
1) pre-cook rice in 2 cups of water in a microwave at full power for 10 minutes.
2)Cut beef into strips.
3) Spray non-stick spray into a pan. Add beef and fry till brown.
4) Add chopped vegetables and spices.
5) Cook (covered) until all liquid has evaporated.
