Ingredients
Ingredients:*Delgrosso Meat Flavored Spaghetti Sauce, 2 cup*Ground Beef / Hamburg, 8 ozCottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, 6 ozRicotta Cheese, whole milk, 2 cupParmesan Cheese, shredded, 8 tbsp*Shop Rite (Shredded Four Cheese Pizza Blend), .5 cup Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 8 oz*Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup
Directions
Brown Ground beef and add Spaghetti sauce, cottage cheese, and if you prefer to add Ricotta rather than layering it, do so. While this is cooking, Bake Chedder cheese @450 on a stick free cookie sheet till most of oils are out. Let cool down. Cut into Lasagne noodle sized pieces. Layer in a 8 x 8 dish the sauce, all cheeses, "noodles", cheeses, sauce, etc.. The very top can be your choice of cheeses or just Mozzerella. Bake @ 400 for approximately 15 minutes.. or until cheese starts to brown on top. Let cool and serve.
