Spinach Artichoke Dip

1 1/2 c. Mayo3/4 lb. Parmesan cheese- freshly grated28 oz Artichoke Hearts- drained1/2 lb. spinach-cleaned & chopped2 tbls hot pepper sauce (I usually add more)salt & pepper
In medium bowl, combine mayo, cheese, artichoke hearts, spinach, hot sauce, and salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to baking dish & bake at 325 degrees until set and lightly browned, about 30-40minutes
